Bhaleswa
Lake is a water sports and recreational
complex of Delhi Tourism. The area has a natural lake spreading over an
area of 10 acres. The complex is situated on the outer ring road, opposite
Jahangir Puri, 12-kms from I.S.B.T.
The lake is 1.2-km long and approximately 200m wide. Delhi Tourism
imparts kayaking and canoeing training to water loving aspirants at the
lake. The lake also offers paddleboats, water scooters, speedboats, hover
crafts and other recreational facilities. A restaurant-cum-boathouse and a
changing room are also available over here.
