The Most Addictive Place In Delhi
Located at Delhi, almost touching Haryana border at Gurgaon, is Fun "n"
Food Village, which attracts visitors of all age groups to enjoy
themselves. The place offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere. It offers
greenery that soothes the eye and scenic beauty is just perfect for an
outing. While entering the complex, one cannot help but wonder that he has
entered inside a wonderland, away from the crowded, chaotic, noisy and
polluted life of the city.
A Traditional Touch
Fun "n" Food Village was launched in 1993 and was inaugurated
by former President of India Giani Zail Singh. It presents reflections of
the past traditions with modern and futuristic recreations. It is an
attempt to promote Indian culture, traditional arts and crafts and creates
a beautiful fusion of our Indian legacy with modern entertainment. It
offers variety of amusement rides catering to all age groups and also
provides opportunity to artisans and craftsmen to display their talents
and exhibit their creations before the public.
An Amusing Venture
The major attractions at Fun "n" Food village include the
exclusively well maintained green lawns, an open-air Theatre and the
cutest animal parade one can ever see.
Presently there are 20 amusement rides functioning at Fun "n"
Food Village. More and more rides are being introduced from time to time
and the one that'll grab the attention of the kid's are Mono Rail and
Flying Carpet.
Water Park
The main features of the Village Club are that it has the longest water
slide in the country, a water channel, which is 400 feet in length.
Popularly called as "Lazy River", here one can cool down ones
nerves in a leisurely manner. The Fun Slide also provides an exciting
experience of twisting, turning and splash into the water. There is an
artificial sea-like pool too, which generates the waves in different
designing patterns.
There is also Aqua Shoot comprising of two fast racing slides, where one
can sit on a slide and splash into the water at a very high velocity.
Check the new attraction "Super Slide" too that has been added
recently and is the first slide of its type in the world. This water slide
is as thrilling as the Roller Coaster in a dry park. The slide was
developed and designed at the premises by using aerodynamics. For tiny
tots, a kid's pool has been provided which contains Frog Slide and
different types of floating toys.
Health & Fitness :
Those who are very particular about keeping themselves fit can utilise
the opportunity to try out the Fun "n" Food Health Club, where
separate sections are available for ladies and gents. Enjoy having a Sauna
Steam Bath, Jaccuzi and groom up a bit at the beauty parlour. There are
also four Food and Beverage outlets.
Have A Splash
Another addition of one more pool called Aqua Ball has been made in the
village, where different type of showers and fountains are provided. There
are fixed umbrellas, slides are being commissioned and the coconut trees
bring out a picturesque surrounding. This place has become an interactive
area and attracts large number of crowds. The pool is particularly very
popular with those who do not wish to swim, but like to play in the water
and get soaked.
The management believes in its social obligations and is of firm view
that every individual, even if it is beyond his means, should be given a
chance to enjoy some entertainment and amusement. Keeping this principle
in view free or a very concessional entry is offered to the children
sponsored by NGOs like Prayas, CRY etc and absolutely free entry to blind,
physically handicapped children, and senior citizens.

Summers - 10.00 am to 10.00 pm; Winters - 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. Open
everyday, seven day's a week.
